Section 01

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MCD88 platform, including the website located at mcd88.click, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any related services, games, or products made available thereunder (collectively, the "Platform"). MCD88 is operated by its registered operating entity ("MCD88", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating a member account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with the Platform in any capacity, you ("you", "User", or "Member") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

Membership on the MCD88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your membership:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or to place any wager on the Platform. MCD88 is strictly committed to preventing underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the Account holder may be below the minimum age threshold. Any funds held in an Account found to belong to an underage user will be returned to the payment source used for deposit, net of any winnings which are not payable.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual natural person may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any given time. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, names, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. If you believe you have inadvertently created a duplicate Account, you must contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by residents of Malaysia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access and use is lawful. MCD88 does not intend for the Platform to be used in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. Members are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation in any game or wager in their jurisdiction of residence.

3.4 Capacity and Authority

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other entity; (b) you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (c) you are not acting on behalf of any third party; and (d) you are registering voluntarily, for your own personal recreational use, and are not subject to any self-exclusion order or similar restriction imposed by MCD88 or any other gaming operator.

Registration & KYC Verification

To create an Account, you must complete the MCD88 registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your membership is truthful, accurate, and up to date. MCD88 is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by a Member. You are obligated to notify us promptly if any of your registered details change.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, or at any other point MCD88 deems necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or security purposes, you will be required to complete our KYC verification process. Documents that may be requested include:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., MyKad or valid passport);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of your e-wallet account or bank statement confirming ownership of the depositing account);
• Any additional documentation MCD88 reasonably considers necessary for compliance with applicable regulations.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. MCD88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately via live chat or email support.

Section 05

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

MCD88 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay
• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other FPX-participating banks
• DuitNow: DuitNow QR and DuitNow Online Banking/Wallets (OBW)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (Tether) on the TRC20 network

5.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. MCD88 does not accept third-party deposits. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. MCD88 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may apply their own charges for which MCD88 bears no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. MCD88 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within five (5) business minutes for e-wallet methods and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to your bank's own processing timelines. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. MCD88 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests that trigger our anti-money laundering monitoring thresholds.

5.4 Currency

The Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for Malaysian Members. USDT cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. MCD88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of conversion.

Section 06

Bonuses & Promotions

MCD88 offers various bonuses, promotional credits, and incentive schemes to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this Section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement") on qualifying games before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to Real Money Balance and subsequently withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated clearly for each promotion. For example, a Wagering Requirement of 20x on a RM100 bonus means the Member must place qualifying wagers totalling RM2,000 before withdrawal is permitted.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

MCD88 strictly prohibits the exploitation of bonuses, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing wagers that constitute low-risk or hedged betting strategies with the primary intent of satisfying Wagering Requirements without genuine gaming intent; and participating in any coordinated scheme to exploit promotional terms. Where MCD88 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

6.3 Promotion Validity

All promotions have defined validity periods. Bonus Funds not utilised and Wagering Requirements not satisfied within the stated validity period will expire without value. MCD88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.

Section 07

Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules governing individual games, sports markets, live dealer tables, and other wagering products are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and constitute part of these Terms. The following general rules apply across all wagering products:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. MCD88 is not obligated to accept any wager, and reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including wagers that may expose the Platform to unacceptable risk or that appear inconsistent with normal betting behaviour.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game or event, MCD88 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Member's Real Money Balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not payable.
• Odds and game parameters are set by MCD88 and its game providers and are subject to change without notice prior to the acceptance of a wager.
• MCD88 does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers on the Platform. Detection of such tools will result in immediate Account suspension.
• Live sports betting markets close at the time specified on the Platform, or when the relevant event reaches a point where further wagering is no longer permissible under the applicable sport's rules. In-play odds are indicative and subject to rapid change.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MCD88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discoveries must be reported to MCD88 support immediately;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems;
• Using third-party payment processors, cryptocurrency mixing services, or other methods to obscure the origin of deposited funds;
• Transmitting any malicious code, virus, or harmful material to the Platform or its users;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing MCD88 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

Section 09

Responsible Gambling

MCD88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools to help Members maintain control over their gaming activity. Gambling should be treated as entertainment — not as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

Members may access the following responsible gambling tools at any time through their Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account;
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic disconnection after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a period of your choosing;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period chosen.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, game software, and the overall compilation thereof, is the property of MCD88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content on the Platform without the prior written consent of MCD88, except as expressly permitted by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any MCD88 trademark, service mark, or logo.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MCD88 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not MCD88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, MCD88's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

MCD88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or secure at all times. While we maintain a target uptime of 99.9%, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect availability. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability during such periods.

Section 12

Account Suspension & Closure

MCD88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A Member has provided false or fraudulent registration information;
• A Member is or may be engaged in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• A Member has exploited a system error or technical malfunction to gain an unfair advantage;
• An Account is being used by a third party;
• A Member is subject to a self-exclusion order or has been identified as a problem gambler;
• MCD88 is required to do so pursuant to a legal obligation, regulatory direction, or court order.

Upon Account closure or suspension, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any Bonus Funds and associated winnings that are subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

Section 13

Disputes & Complaints

If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly, that your Account has been handled unfairly, or that you have another complaint relating to MCD88's products or services, you should follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise the matter with our 24/7 live chat support team in the first instance. Provide your Account username, the relevant bet or transaction reference number, the date and time of the event, and a clear description of the issue. Our support team will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our support email. Your complaint will be acknowledged within forty-eight (48) hours and reviewed by a senior member of our operations team.
3. Step 3 — Final Decision: MCD88 will issue a final written decision within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal complaint. This decision is binding, subject to any applicable legal or regulatory appeal mechanisms.

All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. MCD88 will not consider disputes submitted outside this window except where required by law.

Section 14

Amendments to These Terms

MCD88 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Minor changes (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or editorial improvements) may be made without specific notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current provisions.

Section 15

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MCD88 holds its operating licence. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms.

Nothing in this clause limits MCD88's right to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude MCD88 from taking proceedings in any other jurisdictions, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
